The Senior Corporate Administrator will be responsible for the overall corporate administration of a portfolio of exempt or local companies. Key responsibilities include maintenance of statutory records, preparing corporate secretarial documents, preparation for board and shareholder meetings, and liaising with legal counsel to ensure proper documentation.

Requirements

A University degree with a business related major and corporate secretarial qualification, or proven work experience in a similar field. Excellent communication, analytical and mathematical skills. Proficiency with MS Suite. Highly motivated with a flexible attitude.
