
The Executive Coordinator provides high-level executive, operational, and administrative support to multiple senior executives, ensuring the seamless coordination of schedules, communications, strategic priorities, and key business initiatives. The incumbent serves as a trusted partner to the Executive team, enabling efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment across the organization. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, discretion, strong technical proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Coordinator will play a critical role in enhancing both the employee and client experience through the delivery of exceptional administrative support, the coordination of high-impact internal and external events, and the continuous improvement of business processes and workflows.
Associate's Degree in Business Administration or Executive Secretary diploma from an accredited institution. A minimum of 5 years' senior administrative experience in a banking, financial services and/or legal environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and other collaboration platforms. Strong presentation and document production skills, with the ability to create polished executive-level reports and presentations. Experience utilizing project management, workflow, event management, and collaboration tools to coordinate activities and monitor progress. Demonstrated ability to leverage technology, automation, and AI-enabled productivity tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Strong project coordination and event management skills, including budget tracking, vendor coordination, logistics management, and stakeholder engagement.
