Lombard Odier Trust (Bermuda) Limited is seeking a Senior Trust Relationship Manager (STRM) to oversee a portfolio of international private client structures. This role combines client relationship management, trust administration oversight, and team coordination within a multicultural environment, ensuring high fiduciary, regulatory, and governance standards. The role involves acting as a primary contact for international private client structures, managing relationships with advisors and family offices, overseeing daily administration (distributions, transactions, FATCA/CRS), and ensuring compliance with legal and tax requirements. Additionally, the role includes governance, operations, and senior team responsibilities such as mentoring and providing technical guidance on complex trust matters.

Requirements

TEP qualification (or equivalent) with 10+ years' experience in trust administration or fiduciary services. Strong exposure to UHNW private clients and private banking environment. Proven ability to manage complex international client relationships. Solid understanding of fiduciary structures, risk management, and regulatory frameworks. Fluent in English. Additional skills (minimum three) required: French proficiency, wealth/tax planning or corporate secretary experience, knowledge of Viewpoint, exposure to audit/compliance/governance committees, experience in process improvement, or expertise in dispute resolution.
