Athora is seeking a highly proactive and organised individual to provide Executive Assistance to the CEO of ARE, based in Bermuda. The role also includes support for the Bermuda office, the AHL Board, and Company Secretary administration. Key responsibilities include managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating travel, facilitating meetings, office management (facilities, suppliers, onboarding), and supporting the AHL Board with meeting logistics, minute-taking, regulatory submissions, and KYC requests.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant with strong diary management capabilities. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion. You must have the right to work in Bermuda.
