Under the leadership of the Vice President, Organisational Development and Strategy, the Director, Learning and Talent Development is accountable for the operational management and service delivery of the Learning and Talent Development Team. Key responsibilities include: Responsible for developing, implementing and managing the learning and development strategy, policies, programs and initiatives; Helps drive employee engagement; Develops and oversees on boarding programs; Tracks key metrics; Leads and coaches the team; Manages the Reference Library and associated Memorandum of Understanding with the Bermuda College.

Requirements

Master's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Education or Organisational Psychology; Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in employee training and development; Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated leadership and success in building and executing talent development programs; Some experience in a hospital is preferred; Proven expertise as a learning expert of performance management, talent planning and leadership development; Excellent coaching, relationship building, emotional intelligence and mentoring skills; Excellent presenter. Pre-employment substance abuse screening is mandatory.
