The successful candidate provides personal and professional liaison, communication, secretarial and office administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Key responsibilities include managing business relationships, developing filing systems, managing diary commitments, coordinating travel, and managing formal Boards and Meetings.

Requirements

Educated to Associate Degree level in a related discipline. Seven years secretarial/administrative experience. Some experience as a PA/Secretary supporting senior executives is preferable. Experience with Board portal software is an asset. Must be able to use all Microsoft applications.
