The Salvation Army is looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant to provide support with general operation duties within The Salvation Army daily structure and offer this support with sensitivity to goals, purposes, and mission of The Salvation Army. Support daily office operations and leadership for The Salvation Army's Bermuda Regional Office. Provide reception, clerical, records and database support; prepare correspondence, presentations and meeting minutes; assist with recruitment, donor communications and invoice processing; maintain office supplies and equipment; and perform other office duties as assigned.

Requirements

Post-secondary diploma (2 years) in a related field or 5+ years' Business Administration experience; Strong administrative, written and verbal communication skills; Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic office equipment; Accurate note taker, organized, able to multitask and work independently; Willingness to undergo required background/screening checks.
