The Clinical Manager (Casual) ensures the delivery of an interdisciplinary, coordinated approach to patient care, including supervising Nursing, Administrative, and Hospital Services on evenings, nights, holidays and weekend shifts within the Mental Health Administration at Mid Atlantic Wellness Institute. Key responsibilities include minimizing clinical and operational risk, acting as hospital management liaison, and resolving staffing variances.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited programme (RN, Public Health Administration). At least three years or more of progressive management experience. Current licensure and registration as required by the Bermuda Nurses Council.
