Aon Insurance Managers (Bermuda) Ltd. is seeking a Vice President – Insurance. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the insurance service team and managing timely results of insurance-oriented products and services across Captive, ILS and P&C Commercial Reinsurance accounts while fostering strong relationships with clients, representatives and regulatory agencies. Duties include overseeing reinsurance and underwriting functions, managing talent, serving as an Insurance Officer, developing risk programs, and leading client value creation discussions.

Requirements

ACII, CPCU or equivalent with a minimum of 8 years’ post qualification experience; At least 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a similar capacity; Proven track record of developing risk and insurance programs and structures for large national and multinational businesses; Comprehensive understanding of the Bermuda regulatory framework and the re/insurance market; Sound technical knowledge of all major commercial classes of insurance and reinsurance; Strong technical knowledge of Employee Benefits programs; Proficient in Microsoft Office Software; Working knowledge of MS Dynamics and SICS reinsurance system is advantageous.
