Applicants will be responsible for accounts receivable and payables. Invoicing clients for purchases, calculating shipping and duty, tracking payments, collections, preparing accounts payables for payments, filing of invoices and preparing management reports. Applicants should be able to work independently, be able to problem solve, detail orientated, team player and have good customer service skills.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree, proficient in Excel and QuickBooks. Experienced in Accounts Manager role.
