In 2024, Lincoln launched Lincoln Pinehurst Reinsurance Company Limited in Bermuda ("LPINE"). The AVP, Chief Pricing Officer plays a critical role in ensuring pricing, economic assumptions, and reinsurance structures support enterprise growth, capital efficiency, regulatory compliance, and long-term profitability. This position provides leadership and execution on pricing activities, strategic actuarial projects, and the development of an economic pricing methodology. The role will contribute to the design, modeling, assumption setting, analysis, internal governance and regulatory filings for reinsurance for new products supporting Lincoln Financial.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (or 4 years of equivalent work experience in lieu of Bachelor's) in a relevant field, e.g., Actuarial Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or other quantitative major. 8+ years of progressive actuarial experience in pricing, reinsurance, and actuarial science that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities of the role. FSA designation or ASA designation with considerable additional years of experience. Strong technical actuarial experience with demonstrated ability to develop and execute actuarial strategy. Experience with economic capital or pricing systems is required. Expertise on Bermuda regulations is required. Strong understanding of balance sheets, income statements, and financial projections. Advanced proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint. AXIS experience is preferred.
