Reporting to the Client Director, the role of the Corporate Administrator is to provide quality corporate administration services to a portfolio of local and international companies primarily in the insurance sector. Responsibilities include acting as Secretary, processing constitutional document changes, convening board meetings, ensuring timely filings (economic substance, beneficial ownership), maintaining corporate records in Viewpoint, billing, and supporting KYC compliance with Bermuda regulations.
Requirements
University degree or equivalent with at least 5 years' corporate administration experience; experience with insurance companies or regulated entities; Membership in the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ACIS or FCIS) is preferred; working knowledge of the Companies Act, 1981 and Bermuda regulations; proficient in Microsoft Office; previous experience in View Point an asset; excellent communication and organizational skills.
