Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and taking direction from the Senior Advisor, the Head of PRAaGE will lead the PRAaGE team and support the delivery of the Authority's corporate objectives and key strategic initiatives (KSI's). The role is responsible for overseeing in-house design production, advocacy and communications strategy and the planning and execution of events. The Head of PRAaGE will work closely with the Senior Advisor, senior management and key stakeholders to implement strategies that broaden the reach and impact of the Authority's work and ensure the Authority's messaging remains consistent, appropriate and effective.

Requirements

A Master's degree in journalism, marketing, communications or a related field. A minimum of twelve (12) years' relevant strategic marketing or communications experience with a minimum of five (5) years at a senior management level and managing a team. Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in the insurance supervisory sector and framework with a financial regulatory body. Strong writing and editing a range of content types. Hands-on experience in all aspects of in-house production and an understanding of design principles. Demonstrated management experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience in the development, creation and writing of online content across all digital and social media campaigns. Experience in planning and execution of events, panels, and conferences.
