The post holder is accountable for the strategic development, implementation and monitoring of energy related policies, strategies, projects, programs and initiatives both within the Department and in support of other Departments, Ministries and Government funded entities. The post holder will help manage and support the design, development and implementation of energy-related programs, projects and initiatives as well as the development of energy policies, and strategies in support of the mandates/objectives of the Government and individual Departments and Ministries.

Requirements

A minimum of five (5) years' relevant experience in a similar or related position. Must possess a Master's degree in an Energy-related discipline, Public Administration or Law. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, concise, and comprehensive reports, analysis, and presentations both verbally and written. Ability to build and maintain positive and productive working relationships. Ability to prioritize and work effectively under pressure. Must be capable of working independently and as part of a team. Must be detail oriented. Excellent research, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
