The post holder works under the direction of the Head of Registration and in accordance with the established policies, procedures and legislation to manage and administer the operations of the Registration Section. The post holder ensures that company, partnership and LLC applications are processed accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with the Companies Act 1981, The Limited Liability Company Act 2016, The Partnership Act 1902, and relevant legislation. The post holder assists the Head of Registration to establish high service standards and efficient processes for the public and international business sectors.

Requirements

Minimum of five (5) years' experience in a Senior Corporate Administration/AML/ATF position with at least two (2) years of supervisory experience. Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration, Law or a relevant field of study and a Chartered Governance Professional/ Chartered Secretary designation or ACAMS Designation.
