We require a reliable handyperson for all but not limited to the upkeep and repairs including painting, basic plumbing and electrical repairs, maintain green space, identifying the need for repairs and have strong problem solving skills. Must be able to work unsupervised with a strong work ethic. The applicant must be trustworthy and neat in appearance. Maybe required to work outside of normal hours for emergencies. Key Duties and Responsibilities Provide basic tasks including painting, heavy lifting, cleaning, some basic plumbing and electrical repairs. Maintain green spaces.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar role. Extremely organized with good communications skills.
