Requirements

Strong customer service skills are essential, with prior experience preferred. Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a strong advantage. Customer-oriented with exceptional interpersonal skills. Must demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, consistently meet deadlines, and show respect for colleagues and passengers through punctuality. Strong work ethic and professionalism. Ability to handle stressful situations effectively. Cultural awareness and sensitivity, especially for international flights. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Cabin crew certification or training is a plus. Must possess a clean police record, as robust police vetting is essential for this role. You will be required to maintain a neat and conservative style, presenting a polished look that reflects professionalism and confidence.
