Assist our customers with all their questions and concerns. This is a hands-on role that requires a high level of customer service to ensure the company’s business objectives are met. Deliver high performance standards around all aspects of Customer Services and customer processing, meeting the requirements of our Airlines and maintaining health and safety in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be able to speak, read, and write in English. Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays. Able to continuously lift, push and pull up to 70 lbs. Eager to work in a busy environment. Self-motivated, disciplined, with a flexible attitude to working hours. Excellent interpersonal and leadership ability with effective communication skills with customers both internally and externally. Possess confidence in presenting information to individuals and groups. Ability to clearly explain to clients and peers any questions requiring clarification.
