Undergraduate degree, or an equivalent combination of qualifications and at least five years relevant experience. Relevant experience in credit administration, lending, private banking or commercial banking. Good working knowledge of credit administration, lending processes, loan documentation, credit monitoring and banking products and services, with an understanding of credit and risk analysis. Strong attention to detail, organisational and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple credit files, reporting requirements and deadlines simultaneously. Ability to identify outstanding items and exceptions and ensure appropriate follow-up and escalation. Strong client service skills and the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with HNW clients, attorneys, colleagues and other internal and external stakeholders. Ability to deliver superior service and thereby gain the confidence and trust of sophisticated HNW clientele. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
