As part of a high-performing, client-focused team, the Associate Relationship Manager plays a key role in supporting the growth and retention of client relationships. This role is responsible for delivering a seamless and personalized banking experience, identifying opportunities to deepen client engagement, and supporting Relationship Managers in meeting client needs. The Associate Relationship Manager is accountable for achieving assigned sales goals across deposit growth, credit cards, lending, and investment solutions, while building trusted client relationships and delivering solutions aligned with client needs. Operating within a dynamic and digitally enabled environment, the Associate Relationship Manager will actively contribute to business development efforts, enhance client satisfaction, and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality banking services across both in-person and digital channels.

Requirements

University degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a client-facing, sales, or service-oriented role. Exposure to banking or financial services is an asset.
