The Office Manager plays a central role in ensuring the smooth, professional, and efficient operation of the Bermuda office and the Seven30 Re team. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Bermuda office, supporting human resources administration as needed, supporting regulatory reporting and governance processes, and serving as a trusted point of contact for employees, clients, visitors, and other external partners. This role will provide executive administrative support to the Seven 30 Re team in Bermuda. Key Responsibilities and Duties include managing office organization, executive support to senior leadership, event planning, liaising with OCFO Chief of Staff, supporting HR activities, business planning, reporting, and managing third-party providers.

Requirements

Educational Requirements: University (Degree) Preferred. Work Experience Required: 3+ years of administrative support experience in a regulated financial services company. Preferred: 5+ years of office management experience within a reinsurance or insurance entity, supporting executive leadership.
