This is an opportunity to become the first-ever hire of PeerForward Bermuda and the on-the-ground leader of a movement that has spent the last five years unlocking the power of peers across the island. The Director of Strategic Partnerships and Operations will have two connected areas of focus: building the strategic partnerships with funders, donors, community and government stakeholders that support PeerForward Bermuda's growth and sustainability; and providing the on-the-ground operational support that keeps the programme running smoothly. The role works under the direction of the CEO and his team on fundraising and external relations. This is a home-based role for a Bermuda resident, as there is no central office, with regular in-person meetings, school visits, funder meetings and community events across the island.

Requirements

7+ years of professional experience in management, fundraising, development, operations or a related field; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; Demonstrated experience in strategic development; A track record of building strategic partnerships; Strong relationship-building skills; Comfortable working within a U.S.-based organisational structure; Strong written and verbal communication skills.
