Applicant must have the extensive experience in the auto body and vehicle painting industry required for our busy auto body and paint departments. This position requires the applicant to work in both of the auto body and paint departments as the flow of work dictates and as such requires a self-motivated individual who can work without supervision, including overtime when required, to meet deadlines and work load.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years practical working experience in auto body in a garage setting and competency in spray painting
- Experience in using chassis alignment and plastic welding equipment and the use of the Spraybake Paint booth
- A City & Guilds or equivalent certification is essential
- Ability to work well with others, manage their own time and supervise apprentices
- Excellent timekeeping
