In this role you will:

Support strategic reviews, planning activities and ad hoc projects aligned with leadership priorities
Analyse business performance, strategic priorities and management information
Prepare and maintain performance reporting
Provide project management support for strategic transformation initiatives
Track delivery, milestones, dependencies, risks and actions across key projects
Support governance forums and committees, representing the relevant business area

Requirements

Experience in strategic planning, business management, transformation or project delivery; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Experience preparing management information; Experience creating governance materials; Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas); Previous experience within a bank or financial institution preferred.
