Performance Solutions Limited (PSOL) is a boutique consulting firm that began serving the business community in 2000. For more than 25 years we have been delivering human resource management; strategic planning; organisational development; payroll and immigration processing services for clients. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our busy practice and provide expert support to our clients. Reporting to the Managing Director or their designate, responsibilities will include recruitment management tasks such as preparing role descriptions, candidate screening, shortlisting, and building candidate databases. The role also involves providing general HR support to clients across all areas of the employment life cycle.

Requirements

Applicants must have at least five years of relevant recruitment & HR experience, excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against tight deadlines.
