Our client, the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX), is seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Support Manager to join its team. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this hands-on and multifaceted role will serve as a key pillar of daily operations within a dynamic, collaborative office environment. The successful candidate will thrive on variety, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, and take pride in helping an organization operate efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

A minimum of five years' experience in office management, executive support, operations, or a similar role. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong judgement, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience within financial services or professional services would be advantageous. Experience with Salesforce, CRM platforms, and content management systems would be beneficial.
