The Intermediate Infrastructure Engineer provides first and second level technical support across the Clarien Group of companies. The role helps run the Service Desk, maintains end-user technology, provides on-site data center support, and guides junior engineers. It also delivers timely support to executives and during critical business events. Key responsibilities include managing Service Desk tickets, troubleshooting end-user technology (laptops, desktops, Citrix VDI, M365), administering user accounts, performing systems health checks, and providing data center support.

Requirements

Degree, diploma, or equivalent technical training, with at least five years of relevant IT support experience. CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certification is an asset. Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft operating systems, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure AVD, endpoint devices, and collaboration tools. Working knowledge of network connectivity, configuration, and troubleshooting. Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills. Participation in 24/7 on-call rotation.
