The individual will be responsible for overseeing our clinical facilities, ensuring operational excellence for employees and patients at all our dental practice locations. This position is reported to the Directors. Focuses strictly on strategic leadership, financial governance, and specialized clinical workflow optimization. Must be energetic, professional and possess a friendly demeanor. Key tasks include budget formulation, insurance claim submission and adjudications, financial accounting management, and designing clinical pathways to maximize chair utilization and reduce patient wait-times.

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years practical and hospital surgery experience; certified Level II dental assistant; progressive management experience within a multi-chair dental practice; proven track record of budget formulation, insurance claim submission and adjudications; expert-level knowledge of international healthcare compliance, medical risk management, and clinical auditing protocols. Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or related clinical discipline. MBA, MHA, or equivalent senior management credentials preferred. Proficiency in advanced Dental Practice Management Software (e.g., Dentrix).
