Key responsibilities include ensuring the delivery of an interdisciplinary, coordinated approach to patient care, including supervising Nursing, Administrative, and Hospital Services on evenings, nights, holidays and weekend shifts; ensuring processes are adhered to which minimize clinical, operational, financial, and human resources risk; acting as hospital management liaison; and receiving sick calls or resolving staffing variances.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited programme (RN, AHS, Public Health Administration); Master's degree preferred; At least three years or more of progressive management experience; Maintains current licensure and registration as required by the Bermuda Nurses Council. Pre-employment substance abuse screening is mandatory.
