Oncology Services is seeking a Clinical Manager that will provide leadership and act as a role model for staff. The position will require the post holder to provide direct patient care including chemotherapy and patient assessment, coordinate multi-disciplinary meetings, e.g. tumour board, collect and prepare department statistics. The post holder will direct all staff in their daily duties as well as liaise with other healthcare professionals and organizations. Key Responsibilities include: Ensures action plans are implemented within their department to meet the organization's strategic goals; Offers clinical expertise and leadership; Collaborates with other managers to promote system solutions; Collection and preparation of department statistics.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution. Master's Candidate (MSN) preferred. Current registration with the Bermuda Nursing Council. Post graduate certification in a specialty (Oncology nursing) would be an asset. Minimum Five years management experience. Minimum of 2 years in Oncology/ Chemotherapy experience. Diploma in Supervisory Management or other Management certification an asset. Current ACLS, CPR registration and I.V. Therapy Certification.
