The Corporate Governance Manager reports to the Director of Legal and Policy and is responsible for the policy corporate governance of the Board and its committees. Responsibilities include organizing Board documents, managing OnBoard (corporate management system), drafting Board and committee minutes, and managing administrative functions within the legal department.

Requirements

Professional ICSA/Chartered Secretary certification would be an Advantage. Strong understanding of accepted corporate secretarial procedures and processes. Knowledge of regulatory standards. Knowledge of good governance standards and risk management policies. Awareness of stakeholder engagement processes and public authority governance. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Minimum 3 years of experience acting as a corporate secretary and working with a board of directors. Experience in Board minutes and resolutions.
