Candidates must have a minimum of three years experience in food & beverage service and possess knowledge of cocktails & wines. Skills in silver service are an asset. Proficient in use of POS systems a must. Hours of work are Monday to Sunday and will include breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Split shifts, evenings, weekends, and some public holidays are expected.
