Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a management position and proven skills in restaurant operations. Requires extensive knowledge of food service techniques and cost controls such as manpower, productivity, food & beverage cost, entertainment, special events and other expenses. In addition to being entirely involved with F&B service, duties also include assisting with staff recruitment, management and training, scheduling, payroll, purchasing and inventory control. Must have solid people and communication skills, as well as strong computer and administrative skills. All candidates must have solid, verifiable employment history proven with letters of reference. All positions require dedicated individuals able to work 6 days per week, including shift work, weekends, evenings, special events and public holidays.
