We are seeking well-trained culinary professionals to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a designated section, preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining excellent food standards, and supporting the smooth operation of the kitchen. You will bring strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to consistency, hygiene, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. This position requires the candidate to work split shift, weekends and public holidays.

Requirements

Completion of formal education in the culinary arts, with minimum of two years' consecutive experience in all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and presentation, preferably in a four-star hotel or restaurant. - Valid food handling certificate and HACCP certification. - Fluency in English, both verbal and written. - Ability to compute basic arithmetic for recipe measurements, inventory, and portion control. - Solid knowledge of sanitation standards, quality control, recipe interpretation, and preparation duties. - Ability to communicate clearly and legibly in written form. - A clean and professional appearance is required. - Must provide references from two previous employers verifying experience and professional abilities.
