The position reports to the Vice President, Trust Services, and provides transactional and administrative support to the Trust Services team in managing high-net-worth clients. Responsibilities include processing and monitoring diverse transactions, reconciling cash and fund positions, managing daily workload to meet deadlines, ensuring compliance with Trust deeds, and maintaining knowledge of FATCA, CRS and Economic Substance requirements.

Requirements

University degree and three years' experience in banking, investments, trust or a comparable business environment. General understanding of Trust and banking principles and procedures. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access). Commitment to pursue STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) designation.
