This position will be working as part of the corporate legal team to provide secretarial and administrative support. This role requires exceptional secretarial, organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to take ownership of the workload and work effectively with support functions. The successful candidate will be working at a senior level and have the ability to effectively manage and prioritize workload and accommodate changing needs.

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years' experience providing senior level secretarial and administrative support (three of which must be recent experience working within a law firm/legal environment); Skilled in file management, proficient in the full Microsoft suite of applications, be able to type quickly and accurately; Prior experience in preparing complex and properly formatted documents; Proficiency in spelling, grammar, proofreading and writing skills; Experience with 3E, InTapp, Nexl, iManage (Work10), and ViewPoint software systems is a plus.
