The Back-Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the repair department and provide inventory and logistics support. This includes successful queuing of customer devices for fastest turnaround times, as well as managing repair inventory to ensure stock is available for repairs. The Back-Office Manager will also be required to complete expert level repairs on devices including laptops, phones, and tablets.
Requirements
Three years of experience in a high-volume managerial or supervisory cell phone or computer repair role is essential. Previous experience buying parts for an electronics repair business required. At least five years' electronics repair experience required. High school or equivalent degree. Apple certification and/or A+ certification preferred. Micro-soldering experience required. High proficiency in Microsoft, Mac OS, Android, iOS, Outlook, Excel. High attention to detail and accuracy when counting.
