This position reports to the Assistant Vice President, Trust Control and is responsible for providing administrative support to the Trust Control Team. Key responsibilities include undertaking screening reviews, reviewing Introducer Certificates and Distribution Checklists, reviewing system-generated reports, assisting with account closure documentation, and performing close reviews on non-material triggers.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and three years' experience in banking, investments, trust or a comparable business environment. General understanding of Trust and Banking principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access). Commitment to pursue STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) designation.
