Brown & Co., is seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to support the General Manager in driving daily operational excellence, strengthening team culture, and elevating the overall customer experience. Responsibilities include directing day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth execution across all departments, strengthening inter-department communication, overseeing facilities and security, ensuring brand presentation standards, coaching employees, participating in recruitment, managing payroll time sheets and scheduling, and assisting with P&L management.
Requirements
Minimum five years of senior management experience in a multi-department or large-format retail environment. Proven success in client service, sales leadership, and team development. Strong understanding of Profit & Loss management, inventory control, stock flow management, and POS systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fully computer literate in an MS Office environment. Reliable work ethic with flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and public holidays as required.
