Atlantic Caregiving Ltd. is seeking a Domiciliary Compliance Manager to strengthen governance, quality, and education frameworks. This role involves overseeing compliance across domiciliary care services in line with local and international standards (CQC and Joint Commission), supporting audits, and delivering staff education to ensure high-quality care.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years' experience in management/compliance within domiciliary care; experience with CQC and/or Joint Commission regulations; experience with EMR systems; certified in leadership and management (Level 3 minimum, Level 5 preferred); valid Bermuda driver's license; successful police background check.
