Saltus Grammar School is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support the effective day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department. The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative, operational, and employee-service support across a range of human resources functions. This role requires discretion, accuracy, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy school environment. Key responsibilities include supporting recruitment and selection processes, onboarding/offboarding, performance management tracking, maintaining employee records, and assisting with licensing processes.

Requirements

Postsecondary education, preferably in Human Resources Management; Minimum of five years' experience in Human Resources or in an Executive Assistant role; Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding; Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; Clean criminal record.
