We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Accounting and Retail Data Analyst Manager, the successful candidate will support the efficient and accurate processing of accounts payable transactions across the organization. Key Responsibilities include processing supplier invoices, verifying invoices against purchase orders, responding to supplier inquiries, preparing payment runs and account reconciliations, supporting month-end closing, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Requirements

1-3 years' experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Finance. Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills. Sound understanding of accounting principles and financial controls. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Clean Police Certificate and satisfactory references required.
