The Facility Care Technician is responsible for maintaining the safety, reliability, functionality, and appearance of the property through hands-on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, inspections, and improvement work. The role requires strong electrical knowledge, practical civil and structural awareness, AutoCAD capability, solid computer skills, and broad general maintenance experience. Important - ability to translate data into actions and develop proactive solutions. Responds professionally to guest and operational needs, documents work accurately, safeguards company assets, and supports the continuous improvement of the facility. Works shifts – am/pm / night and on weekends, including public holidays. Guest facing experience is critical and preference in a hotel. Hands-on and safety-focused professional with strong technical expertise, excellent computer proficiency, and a positive, service-oriented approach.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical, vocational, or associate-level education in electrical technology, facilities maintenance, construction, civil works, engineering technology, or a related discipline is preferred. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in hotel or resort engineering, with expertise as a Facility Care Supervisor.
