Pillar Capital Management Limited ("Pillar") is a Bermuda-based reinsurance and investment manager overseeing an affiliated Class 3 reinsurer and multiple investment funds. Pillar is seeking a Compliance & Regulatory Analyst to support the firm's compliance program, regulatory filings, AML/KYC controls, investor documentation, compliance monitoring, CRM data quality, and related tax reporting support. The role will report to the AVP Tax & Compliance and work closely with the CCO, COO, finance, investor relations, underwriting, external advisers, auditors, fund administrators, and legal counsel. Responsibilities include performing compliance reviews, assisting with regulatory filings, supporting AML/KYC onboarding, reviewing investor and regulatory documentation, and maintaining CRM data quality.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, law, compliance, risk management, or a related discipline. A relevant professional designation (CPA, CA, ACA), or GRC certifications such as ICA, or equivalent is required; CAMS, ACAMS, or AML-specific training would be an asset. 2-6 years of relevant compliance, regulatory reporting, AML/KYC, risk, tax, audit, fund administration, insurance/reinsurance, asset management, private funds, or broader financial services experience is required. Strong Excel skills are required. Ability to work overtime from time to time.
