Rustico and Gulfstream Restaurants are seeking various staff including Experienced Chefs, Executive/Head Chefs, Trainee Waiters/Waitresses, Full Time Experienced Waiters/Waitresses, Full Time Experienced Sushi Chefs, and Managers/Assistant Managers/Maitre'D. Positions require varying levels of experience in quality dining environments, knowledge of specific cuisines (Italian, Mediterranean, Japanese, European, Indian), and the ability to work in team-oriented, high-standard environments.

Requirements

Varies by role. Generally requires 2-5 years experience in similar quality dining environments, verifiable written references, and relevant cuisine knowledge. Specific roles like Managers require a Bermuda Drivers License.
