The Reefs is looking for friendly, dynamic individuals to join and enhance the team for our 2027 Season. Multiple roles are available including Chefs de Parties, Senior Chef De Parties, Captain, Food and Beverage Servers, Hotel Maintenance Supervisors, Hotel Maintenance Technicians, Massage Therapists, Sports/ Medical Massage Therapists/Personal Trainers, and Beauty Therapists. Applicants must be flexible to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays. Our La Serena Spa requires full-time and seasonal therapists with specific international certifications and experience levels. Maintenance roles require technical expertise in electrical, plumbing, gas, and mechanical systems.

Requirements

Requirements vary by role. Spa therapists require international certificates and minimum 2 years' experience. Chefs require culinary education and experience. Maintenance supervisors require vocational training and minimum 3 years' experience. F&B servers require 2 years' experience.
