Position is to assist senior chefs in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and efficiency in high volume kitchen. Assist in cooking and finishing dishes according to recipes and standards, and help with plating and presentation. Adhere to all food safety, health, and hygiene regulations. Clean equipment, surfaces, and utensils, and ensure the kitchen is clean and organized. This position requires split shifts, weekends and public holidays. Requirements

Must have 1 year experience as commis chef or kitchen assistant with food preparation as the focus. Must be able to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
