Allshores is seeking a commercially focused Pricing Actuary to support the continued evolution of our enterprise-wide insurance pricing strategy. Reporting to the Group Head of Actuarial, the Pricing Actuary will help evolve our insurance pricing strategy across the organisation. You will be at the center of key P&C pricing initiatives, with a particular focus on Property, Motor, and Liability lines, partnering with underwriting and leadership to deliver insight, sharpen competitiveness, and drive profitable growth. This is a high-visibility role with meaningful influence on product direction, portfolio performance, and strategic decisions across our key operating territories in Bermuda, the Caribbean, Malta, and Gibraltar.

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of relevant P&C pricing experience; Fully qualified actuarial designation from a recognised actuarial society; Strong pricing experience in direct commercial and/or personal P&C lines; Experience with multi-variate analyses GLM, GAM, GBM; Experience with pricing optimisation software such as Emblem/Radar, Akur8, Earnix, or similar; Hands-on capability with analytics tools (e.g., Excel and programming/analysis languages such as R or Python; familiarity with SQL and data visualisation tools such as PowerBI is advantageous).
