Our client, Pramerica Services Company Bermuda, LTD., a wholly owned subsidiary of Prudential Financial Group ("PFI", Fortune 500 Company), is seeking a skilled and highly motivated individual to fill a Manager, Planning & Analysis role reporting to the Bermuda Re Director, Planning & Analysis. This position will co-manage planning and analysis activities related to PFI's two Bermuda-based affiliates, Gibraltar Reinsurance Company Ltd. and Lotus Reinsurance Company Ltd., with accountability for delivering timely and meaningful financial insights. The Manager, Planning & Analysis will lead end-to-end planning and analysis and transaction-related deliverables for the Bermuda reinsurance entities, translating quarterly results, forecast drivers, and emerging business issues into clear, concise, and executive-ready insights and recommendations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional designation; Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, or a related discipline; Demonstrated ability to lead complex, end-to-end processes; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Strong presentation and communication skills; Ability to navigate ambiguity and exercise sound judgment.
