Ocorian is one of the largest providers of fund, corporate and private client services in the market. Working with a strong focus on insurance-related clients, as a member of a team of Account Managers, provide efficient professional accounting and administrative services to meet the management, accounting and back-office requirements of all clients (both internal and external) of Ocorian Management and any such other activities as may be reasonably required by the role. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of Bermuda registered insurance companies, maintaining accounting records (US GAAP/IFRS), liaising with stakeholders, and preparing Statutory Financial Returns.

Requirements

Qualified accountant (Chartered Accountant or equivalent). At least 3 years' post qualification experience, preference for 1 year of insurance or funds related experience. Detailed knowledge of GAAP and IFRS compliant financial statements. Ability to apply internal controls and compliance procedures.
